Terms of service

1. The service

Reko is a digital business card service operated by xynn OÜ, an Estonian company. A free account includes one card at a personal address, QR sharing and a rolodex of collected cards. The Pro subscription, billed through Polar, adds premium templates, uploads, analytics and export features. Current prices are always shown on the website; they may change, and the website is the authoritative reference.

2. Your content

You own what you put on your card and are responsible for it. Publishing a card makes it publicly reachable at your address. People who collect it see your live card: your later edits appear in their rolodex; if you delete it, your card is no longer shown to them and they keep only their own notes (and any copy already cached on their device).

3. Addresses

Card addresses (reko.xynn.io/name) are first come, first served, may be renamed once per month, and must not impersonate others or squat on trademarks. We may reclaim addresses that violate this.

4. Tailored cards

A company may commission a card designed for it, for a one-time fee quoted before any work starts. The design is then offered only to people signed in with the email domains that company nominates, and selecting it still requires a Pro subscription. Access follows the address: it appears when someone joins that domain and falls back to a free design when they leave, with no action needed from either side. We keep the right to use a tailored design as a public example unless the client asks us not to, and the fee covers the design and its integration, not exclusivity over a visual style.

5. Fair use & termination

No unlawful content, spam, or scraping. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time in settings; deletion erases your card, rolodex and uploads.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, xynn OÜ's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
